Event Description
Join the UAM in celebrating the grand opening of our new exhibitions on view from January 27th to April 15, 2012:
- Lou Reed, Metal Machine Music: The Creation of the Universe, the world premiere of Lou Reed's Arup Soundlab Installation in the UAM Project Room;
- STATIC NOISE:The Photographs of Rhona Bitner, the West Coast premiere of the artist's new LISTEN series.
- Split Moment, a project of the CSULB Graduate Program in Museum Curatorial Studies.
This special artist's reception will feature complimentary wine and light snacks.
Admission is free, and the event is open to the public.
