Tamale Making Class at Michael Stearns Studio
Are you ready for your Christmas tamales?
Andrea Serna will share her many years of experience in a tamale making class to be held in the colorful environment of Michael Stearns Studio.
Andrea begins preparing for her holiday tamales in late summer. To stay true to her Grandmother's recipe she uses only red and green chili from a small farm in Hatch, New Mexico. The chilis have been shipped, roasted and are finally ready to go.
Attend this class and you will take home family recipes as well as two dozen red pork tamales and green chili and cheese tamales. The menu includes red and green tamales as well as chiliquiles and flan for your holiday table.
The class will be held December 11 at 10:00 am. Space is limited and a deposit is required. Cost is $45.
